·         I want to change the shipping address of the order as I am relocating to a different location.

You can surely change the Shipping Address till the item is not shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team for the required amendment.

·         Do you ship items globally?

No, we ship the orders to India Only.


·         I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

If you have the tracking information reference number and name of the courier partner), please visit the courier partner's site and check for your order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, please contact our customer service with order number and we will be happy to help you.

·         I am going out of town. Can you expedite my order delivery?

We try our best to meet the requirements of our customers. If you require expedited delivery, you can raise a request for it with our Customer Support team and we will try our best to meet it. However, we cannot guarantee that it can be expedited.

·         What is billing address?

The address where you receive your card statement details is called Billing Address.

·         What is shipping address?

The address where your orders are delivered is called the Shipping Address.

·         Can Billing Address and Shipping Address be different?

Yes, you can give different addresses according to your convenience.

We operate with all the renowned logistics companies such as, Dtdc, india post,Aramex and FedEx. The delivery of your items is completely secure.

·         I have placed my order. When will I receive it?

With In 6-7 working days

·         What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-10 days.

·          How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, Dtdc, India Post ,Fedex etc.

·         What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes orhidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay!

·         How do I track my shipment?


We uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
